Sebastian drove Trent to Lux in his truck, one hand on
the steering wheel and one hand on Trent's. Finally, they could be alone
together! Unlike with Nathaniel, Rebecca wasn't insisting on watching Trent
with Sebastian, so they could do whatever they wanted in the privacy of
Lucifer's penthouse while Lucifer presumably spent the night with her...
although neither of them would object to Lucifer coming home early and joining
them.
When they got up to the penthouse, they practically tore
each other's clothes off, making out from the elevator to the bed. As they rid
each other of the last stitch of clothing and slid under the covers together,
they gazed tenderly into each other's eyes.
"I love you, Sebastian Morningstar," Trent
murmured. "It feels so good to be able to say it out loud."
Sebastian beamed, happy and carefree in a way Trent had
rarely seen him since they were kids. "You whispered it to me, right
before that lap dance at my bachelor party. It turned me on more than any of
your— incredibly sensual— dancing. And I think you already know this, but I
love you too, Trent Maddock. Always have, always will."
They were just about to move in for another kiss when
someone else flopped onto the bed next to Trent. Sebastian reached out and
tapped the third man's shoulder, blinking in surprise when he rolled over.
"Nathaniel, what are you doing here?" he asked
gently.
Trent turned around and wrapped his arms around
Nathaniel. "George piss you off again?" he guessed.
Nathaniel nodded. "Don't stop on my account,"
he said. "I'm happy for you guys, really. I just wish George would shut
the fuck up about the girls and their feelings and just be my George again,
like he used to be." His voice cracked and Trent pulled him closer,
stroking his back soothingly.
"If it bothers you so much, break up with him,"
said Sebastian, annoyed at having his time with Trent interrupted. He and
Nathaniel were kind of friends now, but really?
"I'm considering it," Nathaniel admitted.
"But it's difficult. I miss my George, the guy who would do absolutely
anything to make me happy and didn't give a damn what anyone else thought, or
if he did, he was wise enough to never let me notice. He's also amazing in
bed.... But lately, it's like he's not himself at all, except for the
amazing-in-bed part."
"So dump him, fire him, and hire a new guy who will
do for you what George used to," said Sebastian.
Trent tsked at him. "Bashie, you of all people know
you can't just replace someone like that."
"Sure you can," said Sebastian. "You can
replacing this stranger he's become with someone close to how he used to be.
Someone who would never defy you or betray you, someone who lives for you
alone."
Nathaniel looked over Trent's shoulder at Sebastian with
a searching expression. "Just to be clear, that's not what you did with
Lucifer, right? You weren't replacing the Trent you used to know with someone
who would be as devoted to you as he used to be?"
Sebastian shook his head. "No. Trent and I don't
have that dynamic, or if we do, I'm the one who was always devoted to him. And
despite what everyone seems to think, Lucifer and I are actually compatible,
and not just in bed. I didn't marry him because I couldn't have Trent, I
married him because he made me feel truly wanted in a way I've never felt in my
life."
Trent released Nathaniel, turned back around, and hugged
Sebastian. "Bashie, I really, really wish you had been blunt about how
you felt when we were younger. You didn't have to suffer in silence this whole
time. Sometimes... I feel like I've made a huge mistake."
"No arguments there," Sebastian said.
"You're right. I should have spoken up sooner and saved you from— I mean,
those girls are so whiny, and I have felt for a while like their emotions have
been keeping you from doing what you really want. You have to do what's best
for yourself, because, as Nathaniel's situation is demonstrating, no one else
is going to do that for you."
"That's not entirely fair," Nathaniel objected.
"George did save my life during the camping trip. He got me to see that
torturing myself isn't therapeutic."
Sebastian scoffed. He reached over Trent and touched the
brand over Nathaniel's heart.
Nathaniel stiffened. "That's another thing. When
George made that big speech before branding me, Trent made it clear that it
upset him, but George and Rebecca acted like he was being irrational. Yet when
one of the girls has some random feeling, George sticks up for them, and I'm
just supposed to accept it. I thought he was MY boyfriend, goddamn it! Why is
he putting THEIR feelings before mine?! Why won't he just be endlessly devoted
to me like he used to? Who IS he? It's like he's a completely different person,
like he's never even MET himself!"
The room was silent for a moment. Then, Sebastian climbed
over Trent and gently pressed Nathaniel into the bed. "Do you want us to
make you feel something else?" he asked seductively.
Nathaniel sighed and shook his head. "I'm
sorry," he said. "I'm putting Trent in the same position."
"What?" asked Trent. "No, you're not. I
belong to both you and Sebastian. Besides, I trust him to speak for himself
rather than acting all fidgety until someone else speaks for him."
"Maybe you trust me too much," Sebastian
teased, "but yeah, it also bothers me when they all line up to say how
each other is feeling rather than letting them be adults and speak for
themselves."
"To be fair, I've also tried to explain how you
feel," said Trent.
Sebastian scoffed. "Yes, but I'm not some random
person who just happens to live with you. We've known each other forever. We're
SUPPOSED to be close enough to move in perfect harmony and finish each other's
thoughts, much less intuit each other's feelings."
He leaned down and kissed Nathaniel. Nathaniel arched up,
pressing his body against Sebastian, an invitation.
"I know this was supposed to be your first night
together as a couple—"
"Shhh," Sebastian murmured. "You need
this."
"I do, I need this— aaah..."
Trent watched in the dim light as the two men he cared
for more than anything at the moment made love. He nestled close and kissed
first Sebastian, then Nathaniel, and then reached down and stroked Nathaniel.
"You're so precious, Trent," Sebastian
murmured. "Here— let's do something a little different. Trent, sit against
the headboard" —he handed Trent a bottle of lube— "and then I'll sit
in your lap, and Nathaniel can ride me if he can handle it."
"I'm taller than both of you. My legs are long, I'll
be fine," said Nathaniel.
They arranged themselves as Sebastian had suggested.
Impaling himself on Trent brought Sebastian such bliss that he almost finished
then and there! Nathaniel was slightly sore from being impaled for the
umpteenth time that day, but he liked it, and it was cheering him up as
intended.
"Mmm, a Bashie sandwich," Trent cooed, resting
his head against his friend's shoulder. "How I love it."
Sebastian shivered in delight. "If it gets to be too
much, we can just run away together," he suggested, "the four of us.
Including Lucifer, of course."
Nathaniel shook his head. "Leave only Blackwood and
Maze to deal with the sea of raging estrogen, tempered only by Xander? I don't
think so," he said. "Besides, maybe I'm overreacting. Maybe George
will come to his senses and remember what made me want him. Still got those
surveillance tapes of the office?"
"They're on the cloud," Sebastian and Trent
answered as one.
"I'll send you a link later," Trent purred.
"Did I ever tell you— ohhh— how much it turned me on
when I found out you were watching me?" Nathaniel asked Trent.
"I might have noticed when you started constantly
masturbating to me," Trent replied, reaching up to stroke Nathaniel's
cheek. "Those are probably my favorite tapes."
Sebastian started moving more aggressively between them,
moaning and mewling, horny and needy as could be. Trent and Nathaniel responded
in kind, their skin emitting a hazy glow that went from soft pink to deep
burgundy to pure, shining white as they melded into a sweaty, panting tangle.
"This feels so perfect," Sebastian moaned. It
felt better than when he used to regularly take ecstasy. In fact, he was
willing to bet that sex with these two, when their thrall was active, was
better than sex on ecstasy. "Trent, Nathaniel.... This is amazing."
"Do you want this too?" Trent asked, panting.
"This gift?"
Sebastian paused in his movements. He licked his lips as
he thought about it. Trent had the ability to bring a powerful warlock to his
knees with the slightest touch. But as flirtatious as Sebastian acted, he
really felt little more than curiosity towards others besides Trent. He could
probably use it to draw a bigger crowd at his drag shows, or to sway court
proceedings in his favor.... He could make pets of elected officials.... But
could he truly handle that kind of responsibility, when he fell apart the
second he thought Trent might not love him back?
He shook his head. "Trent, you're the only gift I
have ever wanted or needed," he said, resuming his undulations.
Trent kissed his shoulder. "If you change your mind,
the offer stands."
Sebastian moaned and his movements became almost frantic.
He would do anything these two asked of him, anything! He would die for them or
kill for them or both....
They made love well into the night. Between sounds of
pleasure, Sebastian gave them permission to continue using his body if he
happened to pass out during sex, but they didn't take him up on it. They had
each achieved multiple orgasms by the time Sebastian did pass out. They simply
cleaned each other up, then set Sebastian in the bed and lay down on the floor
on either side of it, talking, for an hour. Then they climbed into bed on
either side of Sebastian and snuggled close to sleep.
